1.1. This site is operated by Digital Valley who provides advertising services and e-commerce services (“Digital Valley’s Services”) for third-party businesses (“Providers”) who run eco and / or socially aware workplaces.
1.2. Digital Valley offers for sale on the site, among other things, vouchers (“Promotional Vouchers”), which can be exchanged for products and / or services by contacting the Providers.
1.3. Digital Valley does not own, create, sell, resell, provide, control, manage, or supply any of the recommended accommodations, activities or professionals’ services.
1.4. For the avoidance of doubt, Digital Valley does not own, create, sell, provide, control, manage, or supply any of the products and / or services displayed on the Website, which may be redeemed by contacting the Providers and using the end-user vouchers.
1.5. Digital Valley is not a party at the deal between end-users and Providers and should not be considered as the seller of the products and / or the services and / or responsible for any of them.
1.6. Although Digital Valley may help Providers with designing, planning, managing, Digital Valley has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any products and / or the services.
2. Limitation of Liability
2.1. The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such third-party services may be subject to different terms and conditions and privacy practices.
Digital Valley is not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such third-party services, or the content, products, or services available from such third-party services.
2.2. Due to the nature of the Internet, Digital Valley cannot guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability and accessibility of the Website. Digital Valley may restrict the availability of the Website or certain areas or features, if this is necessary in view of capacity limits, the security or integrity of our servers, or to carry out maintenance measures that ensure the proper or improved functioning of the website.
2.3. Digital Valley may improve, enhance and modify the Website and introduce new services or pricing from time to time.
2.4. You acknowledge that Digital Valley has no obligation to monitor the access to or the use of the Website.

3. User Responsibility

You will not assist or enable others to (1) use, display, mirror or frame the Website or its content, or any individual element (its name, trademark, logo, design or other proprietary information) without Digital Valley’s express written consent; (3) dilute, tarnish or otherwise harm the Digital Valley brand in any way; (4) use any robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means or processes to access, collect data or other content from or otherwise interact with the Website for any purpose, or attempt to decipher, decompile or disassemble.
3.5. If you choose to use Digital Valley’s Services, you do so voluntarily and at your sole risk. You agree that you have had whatever opportunity you deem necessary to investigate the services offered by Digital Valley.
3.6. You assume full responsibility for the choices you make before, during and after your usage of Digital Valley’s Services, and you agree to release and hold Digital Valley harmless from all liabilities and claims that arise in any way from any direct and / or indirect damages, injury, loss, harm that occurs before, during and after consumption and / or related, in any other way, to Digital Valley’s services and / or content and / or relating to this Agreement.
3.7. By accessing or using the Website and / or Digital Valley’s Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter a contract.
4.2. The Provider is solely responsible for the voucher redemption you purchased.
4.3. Redeeming a paid Promotional Vouchers (“Confirmed Booking”) requires presenting a paid receipt.
4.4. Each Confirmed Booking can be redeemed only once.
4.5. Each Confirmed Booking is a limited license to use the Provider’s workplaces and offered services, subject to its terms and conditions. You agree to leave the Provider’s workplaces no later than the agreed upon checkout time. If you stay longer, the Provider is entitled to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law and charge you for an additional fee.
4.6. All vouchers are valid and can be redeemed until the end of 2020 season.
4.7. In certain circumstances, Digital Valley may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary to cancel a Confirmed Booking and make appropriate refund and payout decisions. This may be necessary to avoid significant harm either to Digital Valley, to Provider or to you.
4.8. Digital Valley may immediately, without notice, stop providing access to the Website and / or to Provider’s workplaces and / or services.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Prices shown on Website include VAT, as required by law, unless otherwise expressly stated.
5.2. End-user will be billed by Digital Valley, using the credit card whose details were provided.
5.3. After completing the purchase, a receipt will be sent to you via email.
5.4. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing Promotional Vouchers.
5.5. If the credit card company refuses to honor your obligations, your order will be canceled, and the voucher will not be provided to you.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Comfired Booking can be canceled by contacting us via the e-mail adress: [email protected]
6.2. A Cancellation Request, at least 24 hours before Booking Date, will be 80% refunded from the total charge. 20% will be a non-refundable transactional fee.
6.3. A Cancellation Request, less than 24 hours before Booking Date, will be non-refundable (except in the case when cancellation time is less than 10 minutes after the booking is made, and then the user will be fully credited back).
6.4. A cancellation request will include the Purchaser’s ID and / or Company Registration Number and Booking Date.
6.5. Memberships and Monthly Deals
Memberships and Monthly Deals are non-refundable. Following any cancellation, members will continue to have access to the service through the end of their current billing period. Digital Valley reserves the right to provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of members, at its sole and absolute discretion.
6.6. Offsites and Retreats
6.6.1. Full refund will be given to those who provided a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice prior to Booking Date.
6.6.2. A 50% refund will be given to those who provided a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice prior to Booking Date.
6.6.3. No refund will be given if a booking is cancelled fewer than seven (7) days in advance.
6.7. In rare instances, it may be necessary to cancel a booking due to extenuating circumstances under short notice for one of the following situations: weather incidents or environmental incidents that directly impact the using of Provider’s workplaces and / or services; security issues; legal, municipality, or utility injunction or order that directly restricts use of or access to Provider’s workplaces and / or services; property damage or unforeseen maintenance issues that directly impact the safe use of Provider’s workplaces and / or services. Rescheduling will be possible.
7. Privacy Terms
7.1. Digital Valley is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy; therefore, we only use your personal information to provide the services you requested from us.
7.2. Digital Valley asks for and collects the following personal information about you when you use the Website and / or Digital Valley Services, this information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us: first name, last name, email address, phone number, profession, city.
7.3. To use certain Services of the Digital Valley Platform, such as monthly billing or donation, we may require you to provide certain financial information (like credit card information) that is necessary.
7.4. From time to time, we would like to contact you about our products and services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you.
7.5. Digital Valley uses, stores, and processes information, including personal information, about you to (1) provide, understand, improve, and develop the Digital Valley Services, create and maintain a trusted and safer environment and comply with our legal obligations; (2) send you service or support messages and updates; (3) provide, personalize, measure, and improve Digital Valley advertising and marketing services; (4) send you promotional messages, marketing, advertising, and other information that may be of interest to you.
7.6. You grant Digital Valley a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable confirmation to use, store, distribute, publish, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit in any manner such pictures and content to provide and / or promote Digital Valley, in any media or platform.
7.7. Digital Valley may disclose your information, including personal information, to courts, law enforcement or governmental authorities, or authorized third parties, if and to the extent we are required or permitted to do so by law or if such disclosure is reasonably necessary.
